In-N-Out noted 75 years in commercial on Sunday, and to trace the milestone, a festival used to be held in Pomona. The usual burger chain opened its first restaurant in 1st Earl 1st Earl Baldwin of Bewdley of Bewdley Park in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder.
