A Connecticut Issue Trooper nearing retirement has been placed on desk duty pending an internal affairs investigation after an explosive tirade at a driver he had beautiful pulled over become once caught on video. The driver started recording on his phone after he become once pulled over for allegedly dashing and giving the finger to the trooper, who he acknowledged become once in an unmarked car.
