A Kansas man who survived a horrific vehicle fracture in 2015 remains to be thanking the first responders who saved his lifestyles. Jeff Kudlacik survived a March 2015 under the affect of alcohol driving accident which left his vehicle shatter up in two. He became as soon as thrown from the vehicle and left with broken ribs and legs and a punctured lung.
