Officers divulge they noticed an ATV riding at a high price of speed against bicyclists, walkers, and adults pushing strollers. The officer angled the cruiser in ATV’s direction. In conserving with authorities, the motive force of the ATV misplaced support watch over, hitting the front passenger aspect of the police car.
