CCTV cameras have captured the moment an underground water pipe exploded within the Ukrainian capital of Kiev. The ground rises and shakes sooner than bursting, sending earth and particles flying in all instructions, and a torrent of muddy water down the road. Automobiles were broken and windows broken but no injuries were reported. It is some distance unclear what precipitated the pipe to explode on Monday.
