Oregon Teach Police launched this dramatic dashboard video of a deadly shootout between a trooper and driver. It took put on I-84, about 100 miles east of Portland. John Van Allen, 34, is pulled over, exits his automobile and begins shooting on the converse trooper. Allen is killed in the alternate.
