Police in Philadelphia are buying for the males they are saying shot and killed a person in astronomical daylight hours as he used to be filling his automobile with gasoline. Investigators released video of the incident. The sufferer is seen pulling into the gasoline location where police state he began to pump gasoline. Shortly later on a crimson sedan pulls into the location and two males procure out with a handgun and an assault rifle.
