OceanGate, the owner of the Titan submersible that imploded remaining month, killing all 5 passengers on board, has fully suspended its activities.
The firm posted a one-line trace on its web page announcing it had stopped “all exploration and commercial operations”.
On its web page the firm had moreover advertised excursions to the Portuguese archipelago of Azores and the Bahamas.
An investigation is ongoing into how the sub imploded at some stage in a dive to the Enormous damage on 18 June.
Led by the US Wing Guard, authorities stated the inquiry would goal to cease equivalent accidents in future.
