Kouren-Rodney Bernard Thomas, a younger dark man shot to loss of life while leaving a house event — allegedly by the host’s white neighbor — used to be described by his mother Tuesday as loving, funny, and so careful that his household called him “Safety 101.”
Kouren-Rodney Bernard Thomas used to be killed early Sunday when a person residing two doorways down from the event called police to complain of “hoodlums” in his neighborhood, after which fired a shotgun out of his garage, fixed with authorities and 911 tapes.
The suspect, Chad Cameron Copley, has been charged with execute.
