Westminster vehicle fracture: Man arrested on suspicion of scare offences  – BBC News

The UK’s anti-terrorism chief, Neil Basu, says there could be not any evidence of any other threat to Londoners after a vehicle hit pedestrians and crashed into barrier outside the Properties of Parliament.

He says one lady is being treated for serious nonetheless not life-threatening injuries in scientific institution, while one man has been discharged.

One other man, he says, used to be treated on the scene.
