Authorities in Sarasota, Florida, mumble a concerned citizen emailed them a pair of sedan driver who they acknowledged on a normal basis outdated the sidewalk to get around avenue congestion. A sheriff’s deputy went to that space and witnessed this person using on the sidewalk for themselves.
