Outdated NASCAR racer, Bobby East, used to be filling up his tank at round 5: 45 p.m. Wednesday at a 76 gas location, positioned at 6322 Westminster Blvd., when he reportedly had phrases with a transient that resulted within the deadly stabbing, authorities said.
