Cardiff come up: Police ‘on different street when kids crashed’, says senior officer – BBC News

Police had been on a different street when two most attention-grabbing buddies had been killed in an electric bike rupture that sparked a come up in Cardiff, a senior officer has said.

Harvey Evans, 15, and Kyrees Sullivan, 16, died within the Ely role on Monday.

Deputy Chief Constable Rachel Francis 1st Bacon instructed a press convention that a police van used to be on Broad Avenue when the rupture took plan on Snowden Avenue.
