An Arkansas lady is suing a utter trooper, claiming he negligently triggered her automobile to flip on the interstate. Nicole Harper, who was pregnant on the time of the incident, told the trooper from the overturned automobile that she had her flashers on and was taking a search for for a stable map to pull over. The trooper acknowledged Harper was rushing and didn’t pull over like a flash enough.
