Man trapped in vehicle rescued from Yakima River, Washington

A man trapped in his vehicle used to be rescued from the Yakima river in Washington Yell after one other motorist seen him and called 911. It took an hour to rescue the one who used to be taken to the sanatorium and handled for hypothermia.
