Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner and Metrolink resumed carrier thru San Clemente from Union Enviornment in downtown Los Angeles to San Diego on Monday. Heavy rain and sea trek erosion had the tracks closed for emergency repairs in the Cotton Point sigh of San Clemente. Rick Montanez experiences.
